Certificate/license issued by the municipal authorities under Shop and Establishment Act
Deed of declaration of HUF/ List of coparceners or CA Certified Letter stating the Karta all other Coparceners list in HUF
Resolution of the managing body of such association or body of individuals.
Power of attorney granted to transact on its behalf
Officially valid documents in respect of the person holding an attorney to transact on its behalf
Such information as may be required by the Reporting Entity (RE) to collectively establish the legal existence of such an association or body of individuals

Document checklist for address proof -

For Individual customer

 Residence Address Proof (Current) :
  • Passport
  • Voter Id card
  • Unique Identification (Aadhaar Card)
  • Driving License
  • NREGA Card
  • Letter issued by National Population Register containing details of Name & Address

Note: Any one of the above mentioned documents is mandatory as proof of current address. In case above mentioned documents are not updated with current address then the following documents shall be deemed to be OVDs (Officially Valid Document) for the limited purpose of proof of address

Note : Identity Proof should not be expired.

(Deemed Officially Valid Document) - Residence Address Proof (Current)
  • Utility bill of any service provider which is not more than two months old (electricity, telephone, post-paid mobile phone, piped gas, water bill)

  • Property or Municipal tax receipt

  • Pension or family Pension Payment Orders (PPOs) issued to retired employees by Government Departments or Public Sector Undertakings, if they contain the address

  • Letter of allotment of accommodation from employer issued by State Government or Central Government Departments, statutory or regulatory bodies, public sector undertakings, scheduled commercial banks, financial institutions and listed companies and leave and license agreements with such employers allotting official accommodation

Note: Documents should be latest and not more than 2 months old.
Address Proof for Non-Individual Customer Latest telephone bill, Bank Statement (from a scheduled bank), Electricity Bill, Shops and Establishments Certificate
